Role Purpose
The Entry-Level Client Manager interprets SENTRY™ water and wastewater data to communicate value such as energy savings, performance improvement, and reduced sampling. The role provides technical support to clients and supports the deployment of SENTRY™ systems across treatment facilities.
Core Duties
Interpret and analyze SENTRY™ water and wastewater data
Support treatment facilities with performance insights
Manage client relationships (up to 50 accounts)
Assist senior staff with training and mentoring
Handle large datasets using statistical methods
Create visual data presentations and reports
Provide operational and financial improvement recommendations
Required Background
Environmental or civil engineering, wastewater treatment, water treatment, or microbiology
Experience with statistics, data analytics, or programming
Strong technical English writing skills
Excellent communication and organization abilities
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Master’s degree considered an advantage
Work Setup
Fully remote role requiring reliable high-speed internet and video conferencing capability
