Comtanix is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end hiring processes and attract top talent across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for quality hiring
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring metrics
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
