Role Overview:
Manage Abbot’s Instagram & TikTok presence, creating engaging wellness, lifestyle, and product content that drives community growth, engagement, and brand authority. Own content strategy, creation, publishing, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage monthly social content calendar aligned with brand goals

Create on-brand static posts, carousels, infographics, and short-form video (Reels & TikTok)

Write captions that are educational, approachable, and SEO-optimized
-
Publish content, engage with the community, and manage Instagram Stories
-
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, follower growth) and optimize content
-
Run light paid social campaigns (boosted posts, IG ads) and recommend content strategy improvements
Qualifications:
-
3–5+ years managing brand social media (CPG, wellness, food, lifestyle preferred)
-
Deep knowledge of Instagram & TikTok best practices
-
Strong Canva and short-form video creation/editing skills
-
Excellent copywriting and brand voice consistency
-
Proven ability to grow engagement and reach organically
-
Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
Nice-to-Haves: Paid social experience, wellness/functional food familiarity, AI content tools, small/founder-led brand experience
