Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of Social Media in executing organic & paid omnichannel campaigns
Assist with copywriting, image capture, and content collaboration (design & video teams)
Manage daily community engagement (comments, DMs, mentions)
Maintain content calendars and scheduling across platforms
Coordinate on-site content capture for agent events (photos, videos, live posts, stories)
Work with agent influencers on assigned campaigns
Support reporting, insights, and optimization based on performance metrics
Act as first point of contact for marketing requests via email/support desk
Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain brand/social process documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
Experience in content management, copywriting, and digital marketing
Understanding of modern marketing, advertising, and brand management
Familiarity with marketing/automation tools (or ability to learn fast)
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
