Role Overview
Support and manage mission-driven social media content across platforms while helping promote chapter events and national campaigns. You’ll collaborate with local chapters and the national team to ensure engaging, on-brand, and accessible content that supports fundraising, advocacy, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (posts, stories, reels, graphics)

Promote chapter events (walks, galas, fundraisers) with best-practice guidance and ideation

Track basic performance metrics (engagement, follower growth) using social tools

Maintain content calendars and assist with scheduling for national accounts

Stay on top of social trends and suggest fresh, relevant ideas

Manage community engagement and ensure brand voice, values, and accessibility standards
Qualifications

2–3 years of social media experience (professional, internship, or volunteer)

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn

Experience with tools like Canva and Sprout Social

Strong writing, organization, and basic analytics skills

Passion for nonprofit work and community impact

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience (preferred)
