Job Role
Translate complex business problems into clear, prioritized requirements and support the delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven product features.
Key Responsibilities
Translate product vision into epics, features, and user stories
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Own and maintain the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria
Define success metrics and measurable outcomes for features
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and QA teams
Support sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives
Validate delivered features through UAT and stakeholder sign-off
Document workflows, business rules, and system behavior
Identify opportunities for analytics, automation, and AI workflows
Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred)
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with data, analytics, or AI-enabled products
Ability to write clear user stories and functional specifications
Strong analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
