Job Role
Provide technical and network support, monitor system performance, and resolve customer issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day network performance
Provide instant responses from the support desk
Troubleshoot network faults and resolve issues
Support customers to ensure maximum service availability
Perform site visits when required for troubleshooting
Deploy and maintain network monitoring and reporting tools
Work collaboratively with the team under pressure
Follow instructions and tasks assigned by senior staff
Requirements
Intermediate knowledge of networks and operating systems
Basic understanding of GPON infrastructure
Knowledge of IP protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP)
Understanding of Ethernet technologies (STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLANs)
Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and WiFi standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts
