Job Role
Act as the first point of contact with potential clients by qualifying leads and setting discovery appointments for the design team.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–100 outbound cold calls daily
Qualify prospects based on their design and branding needs
Book discovery calls for the Design Director
Update and manage lead status using Google Workspace
Handle objections and communicate confidently with decision-makers
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling or telemarketing
Strong English communication skills with a professional tone
Basic understanding of branding and digital presence
Ability to handle rejection positively
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM tools
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
