Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using themes, page builders, and custom code (HTML, CSS, basic PHP/JS).
Manage plugins, site security, performance, updates, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, UX, and conversions (landing pages, forms, funnels).
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (keyword research, ads, bids, reporting).
Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reports.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and A/B tests.
Stay updated on WordPress, SEO, SEM, and analytics best practices.
Use Figma for collaboration and design alignment (required).
Qualifications
Proven WordPress development experience (portfolio + references required).
Strong SEO knowledge (on-page, technical, basic off-page).
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console.
Experience managing Google Ads or paid search campaigns.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript.
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Availability during CST or PST business hours.
Nice to Have
A/B testing and landing page optimization experience.
Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp.
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools).
