Job Role
Build and own high-impact software features end-to-end while collaborating closely with product, operations, design, and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship production-ready software systems
Own major features from architecture to deployment
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ops, design, and legal experts
Develop scalable, secure, and well-tested applications
Ensure performance, observability, and system reliability
Contribute to engineering standards, tooling, and best practices
Work onsite with the team for high-context collaboration
Requirements
3+ years of experience building production software
Strong full-stack experience (Python/Django, React preferred)
Familiarity with AWS and modern cloud infrastructure
Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Product-focused mindset with attention to real-world impact
