Job Role
Provide L2 operational support for machine learning platforms, troubleshoot production incidents, and maintain reliable ML pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support for MLOps environments with 24/7 on-call availability
Monitor ML pipelines, APIs, and batch jobs for failures and performance issues
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-based resolution
Manage and troubleshoot Dataiku DSS workflows, scenarios, and plugins
Support CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments using Git-based tools
Deploy and maintain ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and Dataiku Flow
Monitor logs, alerts, and system metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS tools
Requirements
5+ years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, or Production Support
Strong hands-on experience with Dataiku DSS (flows, APIs, plugins, automation)
Experience with AWS ML and cloud services
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and SQL for debugging and automation
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK)
Strong incident response and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work on-call, including weekends and night shifts
