Role Overview:

As B2B Marketing Manager, you will own Marr Media Group’s marketing strategy and execution, driving performance across digital channels, content, social media, events, podcasts/PR, and sales enablement initiatives. You will optimize campaigns, report results, and continuously improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.

• Manage digital channels including website, email, and social media.

• Plan and execute events, podcasts, and PR campaigns.

• Support sales enablement and marketing content creation.

• Track performance, report metrics, and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

• Background in agency or SaaS marketing preferred.

• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work remotely independently.
