Key Responsibilities
-
Update and maintain website content using Wix, including Dynamic Pages and CMS collections
-
Manage location- and program-based pages using structured CMS data
-
Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and conversion paths
-
Troubleshoot and update site functionality as needed
Parent Journey & UX
-
Design and maintain a parent-focused website experience from first visit to inquiry and enrollment
-
Ensure easy access to key information (programs, locations, schedules, grades, next steps)
-
Simplify navigation and layouts to reduce friction for busy families
-
Optimize pages for mobile users and accessibility
-
Identify confusion points or drop-offs through a parent-user lens
Design, Performance & Collaboration
-
Support page design and visual improvements across desktop and mobile
-
Ensure brand consistency and accessibility best practices
-
Monitor website performance and traffic metrics to improve usability and lead conversions
-
Collaborate on photography, creative projects, and storytelling content
-
Work with program and registration teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
Qualifications
-
Expert-level experience with Wix, including Dynamic Pages and CMS collections (required)
-
Strong understanding of UX, responsive design, and accessibility
-
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
-
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
-
High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
-
Ability to work independently while incorporating feedback
