Responsibilities

• Learn and work with the Finalsite Content Management System (CMS).

• Complete website updates accurately and within assigned timelines.

• Edit, optimize, and maintain website content for clarity, accessibility, and design consistency.

• Migrate website content including text, images, and files while ensuring seamless integration.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues to maintain optimal performance.

• Monitor and respond to client emails daily with clear and timely communication.

• Collaborate with clients through virtual meetings and written correspondence to understand and meet website needs.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for website improvements and enhancements.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design/Development, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices.

• Familiarity with content management systems or similar website platforms.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and basic SEO best practices.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• Portfolio or examples of academic or personal web projects preferred.

• Experience working with educational institutions or similar environments is a plus.
