Job Role
Manage and maintain accurate operational data, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order tracking and delivery updates.
Key Responsibilities
Review and monitor group communications regularly
Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets
Follow up with team members to correct file names when required
Respond promptly to internal team communications
Update seniors regarding order and edit status
Support improvements in turnaround time and delivery efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role
Strong computer knowledge
Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good written and verbal communication skills
