Job Role
Manage digital projects from concept through execution, coordinate with creative and development teams, build and maintain client relationships, track project progress, and ensure deliverables meet client goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the process of moving digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation
Build rapport and manage relationships with internal team members and clients
Generate and maintain client project schedules and track work using project management software (Accelo, Trello, etc.)
Act as a client advocate within the agency, representing client goals and needs
Create, scope, maintain, and track key project timelines and budgets
Requirements
Experience in project management, digital strategy, or client services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
