The HR Generalist will assist in the administration of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits management, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings and interviews
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes
Administer benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in human resources or related field
Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
