Role Overview:
The Property Data Analyst will analyze market data, user behavior, pricing patterns, and property trends to support CRM refinement, listing automation, and product decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze real-estate market trends, pricing data, and customer activity.
• Prepare dashboards and data visualizations for product and leadership teams.
• Evaluate performance metrics of property listings and tenant automation tools.
• Work with engineering teams to define data requirements and extract insights.
• Identify new opportunities for product enhancements based on insights.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality controls.
• Support predictive modeling for property demand and pricing suggestions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
• 3–5 years of data analytics experience, preferably in PropTech or SaaS.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of real-estate market patterns and property data structures.
