About the Company:

Role Overview:
The PropTech Operations Intern will assist multiple teams including product, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth functioning of EstateHub’s digital solutions and client onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in data entry, content validation, and property listing updates.
• Support onboarding of real-estate agencies and tenants onto the platform.
• Perform quality checks on CRM modules and automation workflows.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams for issue tracking.
• Help prepare training material and documentation for clients.
• Provide general operational assistance as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Computer Science, or Real Estate-related fields.
• Strong interest in PropTech, real-estate automation, and SaaS tools.
• Good communication and basic analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks.
