Role Overview:
The Eco-Packaging Product Designer will design environmentally conscious packaging solutions, develop prototypes, and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to bring sustainable packaging concepts to market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create 2D/3D packaging designs using biodegradable materials.
• Develop prototypes and iterate based on material performance data.
• Work with R&D teams to integrate new eco-friendly materials into product designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure scalability and production feasibility.
• Conduct user research and gather client requirements.
• Prepare design documentation, renderings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all designs support environmental sustainability goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Packaging Engineering.
• 4–6 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360).
• Knowledge of biodegradable materials and packaging standards.
• Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
