Role Overview:
As a Cybersecurity Analyst (Cloud Security), you will safeguard servers, networks, and data centers from cyber threats by applying best practices in threat detection, vulnerability scanning, cloud compliance, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud infrastructure.
• Configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), and WAF policies.
• Monitor security logs, identify suspicious activity, and escalate incidents.
• Implement hardening standards for Linux servers and cloud applications.
• Conduct forensic analysis during security breaches or suspicious events.
• Work with DevOps teams to integrate security automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare security documentation, policies, and compliance reports.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or similar discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of firewall management, SIEM tools, IDS/IPS systems.
• Experience with vulnerability scanners such as Nessus, OpenVAS, or Qualys.
• Proficiency in Linux security hardening and cloud security frameworks.
• Certifications such as CEH, Security+, or SOC Analyst are preferred.
• Strong analytical, incident response, and communication skills.
