Role Overview:
The Autonomous Warehouse Systems Engineer will develop and integrate intelligent robotic systems enabling autonomous navigation, pallet movement, inventory scanning, and real-time task execution inside warehouse environments. This role involves robotics design, sensor integration, control systems development, and performance optimization for high-volume logistics operations.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine robotics navigation algorithms for autonomous warehouse vehicles.
• Integrate LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, and other sensors to improve perception and path planning.
• Build robust control systems for pallet-handling robots and conveyor robot units.
• Collaborate with software teams to deploy AI-driven task allocation and route optimization.
• Conduct system testing in simulated and real warehouse environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement technical improvements.
• Optimize battery usage, motor performance, and system efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for robotic architectures, workflows, and engineering standards.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Robotics, Mechatronics, EE, or related engineering field.
• 5–8 years of experience in robotics development or warehouse automation.
• Strong knowledge of ROS/ROS2, perception systems, and SLAM techniques.
• Experience with actuators, embedded systems, and robotic kinematics.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and control algorithms.
• Familiarity with industrial automation standards is preferred.
