Job Description:

The Director – Construction Projects will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end execution of major construction projects from planning to completion. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines. The role involves supervising project teams, contractors, consultants, and site staff, monitoring project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, and preparing progress and performance reports. The position also requires close coordination with clients and senior management, and resolving technical, operational, and contractual issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) with a minimum of 15+ years of proven experience managing large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills are essential. Hands-on experience in project planning, QA/QC, HSE compliance, and contract management is mandatory.
