Job Description:
The Management Trainee Officer – IT will support daily IT and ERP-related operations under supervision. The role includes data entry, data cleanup, and migration tasks, assisting in testing system upgrades, fixing bugs, monitoring ERP dashboards, generating reports, and coordinating with developers to communicate functional requirements. The trainee will also help manage user access rights, system security, business requirement gathering, and insurance-related processes for IT assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field

• Basic understanding of business processes such as sales, procurement, inventory, and finance

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and work with cross-functional teams

• Strong skills in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations

Plus Point:

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or basic technical scripting
