Role Overview:
The Service Delivery Representative is responsible for delivering, installing, and maintaining oxygen and related equipment while providing exceptional patient care within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and maintain oxygen and oxygen-related equipment
Set up equipment for new and existing clients
Provide instruction on equipment operation and safety
Ensure proper vehicle loading, inspections, and safe operation
Complete required documentation and service records
Participate in required training and on-call rotations
Qualifications:
Secondary school graduate at minimum.
Requirements:
Valid G Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding role
Up-to-date vulnerable sector screening
Strong customer service and communication skills

Hourly pay of $24–$25 plus on-call pay
Full-time, permanent employment (37.5 hrs/week)
