Role Overview:
The Shipping/Receiving & Office Admin role supports logistics and administrative operations by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing shipping documentation, and providing professional office support.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
Prepare shipping documents including invoices and bills of lading
Maintain shipping logs and update inventory databases
Coordinate with carriers and support order fulfillment
Complete inventory counts and month-end inventory tasks
Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors
Greet visitors and manage phone calls professionally
Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems
Perform general administrative and ad hoc office duties

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Day shift schedule (Monday to Friday, no nights or weekends)
