Mission
The Human Resources Generalist acts as a strategic business partner, working closely with senior leadership, district management, store management, and retail employees to support core client groups. The role focuses on driving positive business impact through process improvements, project implementation, and innovative talent solutions.

Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales managers to foster positive employee relations and workforce engagement
Provide HR guidance and consultation to employees and management
Ensure compliance with provincial and federal employment laws and regulations
Drive diversity, wellness, people analytics, and employee engagement initiatives
Deliver HR training and share best practices
Support the performance review process in collaboration with the HR Director
Identify and implement HR process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
2–3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related field
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
HR certification preferred
Specialized training in employment law, employee relations, leadership, training, and safety is an asset
