Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and technical support by preparing, formatting, and proofreading documents while ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format proposals, reports, letters, and documents
Ensure documents meet company and client quality standards
Support teams with deadlines, follow-ups, and scheduling
Perform general administrative and technical support tasks
Qualifications
Diploma in secretarial studies or relevant administrative experience
Strong typing, document formatting, and layout skills
Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple tasks
High level of discretion, attention to detail, and reliability
Experience in an engineering or architecture firm is an asset
Schedule
Semi-flexible schedule with availability required between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM from Monday to Thursday. Fridays offer the option to finish work at 12:00 PM.
Compensation
Salary is based on experience and follows an equitable pay structure.
