Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate concrete casting machinery
Build and repair wooden molds
Inspect finished goods for quality standards
Mix, pour, and fill concrete in molds
Record production data
Safely handle materials and equipment

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience an asset (not strictly required)
Ability to operate basic production tools
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to manage heavy loads
