Job Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, traffic, and conversions. Set up and manage TikTok Pixel, custom audiences, and event tracking. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, especially YouTube video ads. Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS and apply data-driven optimizations. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements. Coordinate with creative teams for ad copy and video requirements. Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager is mandatory. Working knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube advertising. Familiarity with TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization. Good English communication skills for U.S.-based audiences.

Bonus Skills:
Experience with Meta Ads, understanding of short-form video creative optimization, and availability of portfolio, case studies, or performance screenshots.
