Job Responsibilities:
Oversee L1 and L2 IT operations and manage support teams. Provide remote support to geographically distributed users. Prepare and review service level metrics and KPI scorecards. Design, maintain, and implement IT processes according to organizational policies. Ensure smooth running and continuous monitoring of enterprise IT systems. Track and resolve reported issues within agreed timelines and manage escalations. Support stakeholders via helpdesk. Manage WDS servers and system deployments. Present operational performance of IT systems to management periodically. Apply ITIL frameworks and maintain compliance with operational standards.
Requirements:
8–10 years of IT experience with 2–3 years in team management. Hands-on experience with O365 services. Strong multitasking, analytical, and reporting skills. Demonstrable leadership in hiring, retaining, and managing talent. Excellent English communication skills. Graduation in IT is mandatory. Advanced-level technical certifications are a plus. Experience in proactive incident management is desirable.
