Role Summary
The Data Collection Associate collects and transmits data from designated retail stores using handheld devices. You will maintain in-store relationships, follow retailer protocols, and meet quality and efficiency KPIs.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Collect data according to detailed instructions and UPC attributes.
Maintain relationships with store personnel while following all retailer procedures.
Communicate with Retail Supervisor / Team Lead regularly.
Access support tools and documents online to complete tasks.
Work efficiently to meet cost, quality, and executional KPIs.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs), walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
1–2 years of related experience or training preferred.
Basic computer skills; ability to work with online tools and apps.
Comfortable working in an in-store field environment with travel across assigned territories.
Ability to perform essential physical tasks safely and effectively.
