Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, manage complex schedules across time zones, coordinate meetings and travel, and assist with strategic projects to ensure smooth operations.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain and coordinate CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and meeting materials.
Track and prioritize emails, requests, and tasks for the CEO.
Support special projects, company events, and strategic initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to maintain alignment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives (C-suite level).
Background in cybersecurity, tech, or law firm environments preferred.
Strong judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs.
