Role Overview
As a Remote Freight Broker, you will manage the entire freight cycle—from sourcing clients and negotiating rates to booking carriers and ensuring successful delivery—while working independently and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard new shippers across the U.S. and Canada.
Identify reliable carriers and establish strong transportation partnerships.
Negotiate competitive rates with shippers and carriers.
Manage the full freight cycle, from quoting to delivery.
Track loads and manage delivery schedules.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners.
Resolve transportation issues and address customer concerns.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Brokerage.
Established network of shippers (book of business).
Proficiency with load boards and transportation management systems.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Salary Type
Commission-based, from $6,500 per month
