Role Purpose
You will own the brand voice across all major social platforms, combining strategy, creativity, analytics, and mindfulness-driven storytelling to grow community engagement and brand impact.
Core Responsibilities
Own and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Plan and manage a monthly content calendar averaging 100+ posts weekly
Write emotionally resonant captions aligned with the brand’s calm, intentional tone
Collaborate with video editors and creators for short-form and visual content
Engage with community comments, DMs, and tagged stories
Track analytics weekly/monthly to optimize growth and engagement
Partner with influencer and affiliate teams on campaigns
Monitor wellness and lifestyle trends to keep content relevant
Manage freelancers, workflows, and content budgets
Experience & Background
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in social media management
Background Preference: Lifestyle, wellness, or mission-driven brands
Compensation Details
Salary Range: $78,000 – $81,600 per year
Salary Type: Fixed
Salary Period: Yearly
