Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing. The role involves leading QA efforts across multiple digital products, defining QA best practices, developing and executing test plans, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automation QA efforts across multiple products and releases.

• Define, document, and implement QA best practices, standards, and processes.

• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manual/automation software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of automation testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, REST Assured).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
