Role Overview:
Provide support, advice, and solutions to Desjardins’ members and clients across various financial services, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise and support members and clients with personalized service
Participate in telework or hybrid work arrangements as required
Handle inquiries across group retirement savings, member/client relations, life and health insurance, credit analysis and collections, emergency communications, personal property and casualty insurance, and more
Qualifications:
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in a relevant field
At least 1 year of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Knowledge of French required; advanced English proficiency may be required for some positions
Compensation:
From $25.76 per hour plus annual performance-related bonus
