Position Summary:
Communicate with clients to recover outstanding debts, arrange payments, and maintain professional account management. Ensure collection targets are met while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

Primary Duties:
Build client relationships and provide guidance
Call and follow up with past-due customers
Negotiate payments and resolve accounts
Update and document customer account info
Handle objections, follow regulations, meet targets
Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Required Qualifications:
2+ years in 3rd party collections
1+ year call centre experience
Strong English communication
Proven results and math skills
Ability to pass background check
Good work ethic and time management

Professional Experience:
2+ years in 3rd party collections, 1+ year in call centre environment

Salary / Compensation:
$20 per hour, plus performance rewards
