Key Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize Ustaff360’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other B2B platforms; create content strategy and workflows.

Generate US B2B leads via LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and freelance platforms; manage lead pipelines.

Engage prospects, conduct discovery calls, support sales, and maintain client records.

Track marketing and sales performance; analyze results and optimize strategies.
Requirements:

3+ years in marketing/sales for remote staffing or BPO targeting US clients.

Proven experience in lead generation, LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and cold calling.

Familiarity with CRMs, US business culture, and excellent English communication.
