Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and optimize Ustaff360’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other B2B platforms; create content strategy and workflows.

  • Generate US B2B leads via LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and freelance platforms; manage lead pipelines.

  • Engage prospects, conduct discovery calls, support sales, and maintain client records.

  • Track marketing and sales performance; analyze results and optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in marketing/sales for remote staffing or BPO targeting US clients.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and cold calling.

  • Familiarity with CRMs, US business culture, and excellent English communication.
