Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound prospecting through heavy cold-calling. You’ll research, identify, qualify, and book first exploratory meetings with decision-makers, contributing directly to pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Cold-call new accounts and qualify high-quality leads

  • Research prospects and identify key decision-makers

  • Set up first exploratory meetings (quota-driven)

  • Drive lead generation strategies and pipeline development

  • Collaborate with sales and maintain CRM records

Targets & Incentives

  • Quota: 5 qualified meetings/month (carry-forward applies)

  • Bonus: 2% commission on net profit for deals that convert

  • Failure to meet quota may result in release

Requirements

  • Proven cold-calling and lead generation experience (mandatory)

  • Strong communication, research, and qualification skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, ZoomInfo preferred)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • U.S.-based (Eastern or Central time zones preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Work Details

  • 100% Remote | 40 hours/week

  • 1099 Contract
