Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound prospecting through heavy cold-calling. You’ll research, identify, qualify, and book first exploratory meetings with decision-makers, contributing directly to pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
Cold-call new accounts and qualify high-quality leads
Research prospects and identify key decision-makers
Set up first exploratory meetings (quota-driven)
Drive lead generation strategies and pipeline development
Collaborate with sales and maintain CRM records
Targets & Incentives
Quota: 5 qualified meetings/month (carry-forward applies)
Bonus: 2% commission on net profit for deals that convert
Failure to meet quota may result in release
Requirements
Proven cold-calling and lead generation experience (mandatory)
Strong communication, research, and qualification skills
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, ZoomInfo preferred)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
U.S.-based (Eastern or Central time zones preferred)
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
