Job Description:
The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, performing variance and cost analysis, supporting financial planning, and ensuring accurate reporting for manufacturing and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management
• Costing, pricing analysis, and profitability reporting
• Monitor production costs, overhead absorption, and efficiencies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting timelines
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and sales teams
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA / CMA / ACCA (part qualified or qualified preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing or export organizations
• Strong MS Excel and ERP knowledge
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
