Role Overview:
The Director will scale the Americas Customer Success team, mentor Account Managers, and strengthen customer relationships. Focus is on adoption, value realization, and account expansion through upsell and cross-sell.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts for adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding for rapid adoption and clear value delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, TAM, R&D, and other teams to ensure account success.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in enterprise account management or Customer Success.
• Proven leadership of Sales or Account Management teams.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer retention skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and enterprise cloud SaaS is a plus.
