Social Media & AI Content Specialist – Genstore

What You’ll Do:

• Create daily/weekly short-form videos using AI tools (Veo3, CapCut, Runway, ElevenLabs, Descript, MidJourney, Canva, etc.)

• Generate scripts, voiceovers, visuals, and motion content with AI

• Turn product demos, workflows, and features into engaging, scroll-stopping content

• Manage Genstore’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn

• Maintain content calendar, post consistently, and adapt trends creatively

• Collaborate with creators and influencers for gifting, seeding, and content sharing

• Track analytics (views, retention, CTR, installs) and optimize content performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years in social media, content creation, or influencer marketing at startups or creative companies

• Strong short-form video creation skills using AI and mobile-first tools

• Experience with AI video generation and AI voice tools

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts formats and algorithms

• Creative instincts for hooks, storytelling, pacing, and engagement

• Experience working with creators or influencers

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Skills:

• Live streaming on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram

• Studying creators and niche trends

• Knowledge of viral content mechanics

• Ability to rapidly create high-quality AI videos
