Role Overview
The Lead Generation Co-op Intern will support the business development team by identifying potential B2B clients, managing lead pipelines, and assisting with outreach strategies. This role is strictly for students enrolled in a co-op eligible academic program.
Key Responsibilities
Research potential Canadian clients across industries
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, social media, and directories
Update and manage leads in CRM tools like Zoho and HubSpot
Assist with outreach and schedule discovery calls
Work with teams to refine lead strategies
Submit weekly progress reports when required
Qualifications
Enrollment in a Canadian co-op program required
Strong English communication skills
Good research and analytical abilities
Familiarity with LinkedIn and networking tools preferred
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Salary
CAD $200 – $500 per successful client conversion (based on project scope)
