Job Role
Lead the strategy, design, and execution of agentic AI systems, ensuring scalable, governed, and commercially impactful AI solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Translate AI vision into a structured, measurable execution roadmap
Own and manage the Agent Catalog and Agent Design Guide, including governance and lifecycle standards
Define scalable architectures for agentic AI within Snowflake Cortex
Lead integration of LLMs, prompt orchestration, retrieval strategies, and agent memory
Prototype and validate multi-agent systems from concept to production
Establish frameworks for agent development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Partner with data engineering to connect agents to trusted enterprise data sources
Requirements
7–9 years of experience in AI, data platforms, or emerging technology leadership
Proven experience scaling AI frameworks from pilot to enterprise deployment
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
Deep expertise in LLM-based and multi-agent system architectures
Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex or similar data-native AI platforms
