Key Responsibilities

Assess current HRTS applications and document gaps and opportunities for AI and automation

Propose system enhancements, including software updates, integrations, and process improvements

Develop AI models and algorithms for HR-related use cases
-
Create project documentation, including plans, timelines, and progress reports
-
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and business partners
Required Experience & Skills
-
4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role
-
3–5 years in software development leveraging AI, analytics, and team leadership
-
Hands-on experience with: Oracle Forms/Reports, SAP ERP, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, Java, Python, GitHub
Educational Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
-
If no degree, +4 years of relevant experience required
