Job Role
Manage and execute internal and external communication activities while ensuring accurate, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update internal digital channels, including intranet, internal screens, and corporate website
Draft, edit, and upload articles, announcements, and internal communications
Create weekly social media posts and support external communication initiatives
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment in all messaging
Handle administrative tasks such as vendor invoices, budgeting support, reporting, and dashboards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and align communication needs
Maintain a central information repository to ensure factual accuracy and compliance
Deliver communication projects on time with organized workflows and positive stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
Hands-on experience managing digital communication platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail, planning, and time management skills
