Responsibilities

  • Build reusable, authorable React UI components integrated with Sitecore CMS

  • Develop mobile-first, accessible (WCAG-focused) responsive interfaces

  • Optimize performance and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)

  • Integrate APIs with clean handling of loading, error, and empty states

  • Support A/B testing and controlled rollouts (Optimizely experience a plus)

  • Ensure end-to-end quality using automated testing and appropriate code coverage

  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore, Contentful, or headless/hybrid CMS

  • Strong understanding of mobile-first UI, responsive images, and performance optimization

  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cucumber, etc.)

  • Experience building e-commerce journeys (PDP, cart, checkout, promotions)

  • Knowledge of CDN/edge caching and performance impact

  • Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
