What You’ll Do

  • Build and improve backend services & APIs powering creative workflows (video/3D generation pipelines).

  • Work on job orchestration, service reliability, and developer-friendly tooling.

  • Improve observability (logging, metrics, tracing), performance, and production readiness.

  • Contribute to CI/CD, integration testing, and basic security best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with product and AI engineers to turn user needs into shippable features.


What We’re Looking For (0–2 YOE)

  • Strong coding fundamentals (data structures, debugging, writing readable code).

  • Experience with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with building web services (REST APIs, HTTP, basic auth).

  • Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows (PRs, code review).

  • Comfortable using AI coding tools for debugging, refactoring, test generation, and rapid prototyping (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

  • Bonus: Experience with queues/workers, cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker, monitoring, or scaling services.

  • You’re proactive, learn fast, and can independently ship milestones.


Nice to Have

  • Prior projects involving AI-native tools or creator tools.

  • Experience integrating AI APIs or managing model latency/cost constraints.

  • Startup mindset: clarity, speed, ownership, and strong product intuition.
