Job Role:
The Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development of new health supplement products, from concept to launch, and improving existing products to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in product development in the health supplement industry
Strong leadership and project management skills
